Ok, now I've tried to make the picture as small as I can because it looks utterly revolting! Crying With Laughter

I ran out of milk so couldn't make enough bechamel sauce, so the cheese had to go straight on top and I thought it'd be a good idea to put some foil over the whole thing to keep the moisture in... great idea, except most of the cheese then stuck firmly to the foil. Whistle

It definitely tasted better than it looked!! lool

My hubby was a meat man - fatty meat etc. Me - lifelong vegetarian.
I have never tried to convert him but illness has made him change his diet. He rarely eats meat anymore and then only lean meat.

You could cook a big batch and then freeze in small portions - much healthier than take-a-ways.
Take little effort too - I am a paid up member of the lazy brigade.

Well my lazy dinner was a tortilla wrap of ham & pineapple along with Pasta in pasta sauce. Nicer than I thought and I did too much so I've got some for tomorrow too. Wink
