What a fantastic day we had. Thanks Chris for making the effort and doing the long drive - had such a laugh.
Doreen, Richard and Sue + Colin were wonderful in organising such a fantastic day  We have to do it again !!!

It was a wonderful day It always gives me such pride and pleasure to have so many dogs together having fun - especially because most are rescues. They behaved so well too

Hmm well Sheena had been naughty and then slipped her lead so I wasnt going to let her get away with it. She thought it was safe in the water!!

You all looked like you had a brill time - I'm really jealous - wish I could have taken Diesel (who has taken to howling if I'm not there - so my neighbours inform me!!!!!!!!)

You'll have to join us next time !!! I sympathise with the howling  My three occasionally get very vocal if left - the noise is horrendous but quite tuneful - Roxy is a suprano, Pickle a baritone and Axel a Tenor

Anyone got any ideas to get rid of the horrible smell from my boots. They are pretty much dry now but smell a mixture of sweaty feet and sea water!! URGHHH!!!

- Diesel is not good with other dogs at the moment but is getting training.
It would seem that the howling only happens at 10pm ?? I had gone out on Fri night and had a friends birthday on Sat - was only out for a couple of hours but my neighbour said it started at 10pm both nights and lasted for approx 15 mins! He is ok about it

I find the group get togethers are so good for helping the dogs learning to socialise. And all the owners are nice and understanding because most of us have been there Glad your neighbour is understanding about the howling - luckily mine are nice too but I live in a terraced house so I dread to think how noisy it must be

I hope Diesel improves soon - I would love to attend the next walk (I have just bought him a safety harness for the car which he seems to love?!)
I am going to try a local socialisation group but I'm dreading it!!
