she had a session with a trainer the other day and was a dream- needs firm hand .

Tess is under the care of DogwatchUK.

2) how do people become fosters? I'd willingly offer for short term, emergency fostering (for dogs, guinea pigs, rabbits - tho g-pigs and rabbits would need to look at housing situation), but as I work full time feel I'd get turned away (plus would also have to be dog-freindly), but most places seem to want people who are home all day.

After much swapping and changing over 2 years I've tried the following:

Supadog Lamb and Rice

CSJ That'll Do

CSJ Herbie Rings

CSJ Command Performance 24

Nutro Lamb and Rice

Royal Canin Junior (when Pepper was a puppy)

Lou Lou is a gentle, but timid Ragdoll, who needs a very quiet, calm, pet free, child free home. She has a history of toileting away from the tray in her current home and this began when a new kitten was introduced and then a baby came into the family. In a quiet stress free home it is very possible that Lou Lou will revert to good litter tray habits. Lou lou prefers female company. For more information about Lou Lou please click on the link

Mum took both dogs for a walk today while i was at work, and came back to report Kye is coughing. I thought she meant he'd swallowed some water wrongly, but this is a proper, chesty cough and has continued through the evening.

It doesn't sound like the cough they both had last autumn, which was put down to kennel cough. Pepper's showing no signs, but I think i trip to the vets is in order, if he's still doing it by tomorrow morning.

Really hope it's not, as I've just got him back ...
